Maider López

The artist Maider López develops her work by intervening in public space and architecture. Her interventions break with the static nature of things and places, opening up the territory of negotiation and inviting us to seek new ways of seeing and relating.

His work has been widely exhibited nationally and internationally, for example at the Venice, Istanbul, Sharjah and Prospect biennials. He has carried out projects in public space such as Ataskoa, Polder Cup or Playa, and has participated in exhibitions such as: Arnasa, Museo Bellas Artes, Bilbao (2022); Hummings, KØS Museum of Art in Public Spaces, Denmark (2021); Art is happening, Statens Konstrad, Sweden (2019); Prospect 4.
