Iker Munduate

Iker Munduate Thusberg (Donostia, 2000) is a multifaceted musician and designer who graduated in Creation and Design from the University of the Basque Country (EHU). His work explores the realms of ambient, electroacoustic, and experimental sound. In October 2024, he released his album Argi Zantzuak, published by the London-based label Hegoa Diskak, which is dedicated to publishing, researching, and promoting avant-garde Basque music.

His interest in merging sound, art, and design is reflected both in his music and in his audiovisual projects. He has collaborated with various artists on works presented in venues and festivals such as Tabakalera Cultural Center in San Sebastián, the International Art Festival MEM in Bilbao, the Nokodek audiovisual creation and sound experimentation meeting in Hendaye, and the Urbanbat Festival of Architecture and Urbanism in Bilbao. He has also taken part in events in cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Bayonne, Santander, and Palma de Mallorca.
