Flipas - Laboratory of Urban Cultures aims to promote the knowledge and practice of different expressions of urban culture among young people, understanding it in a broad and inclusive way. The possibility for young people, but also adults, to get involved in workshops on different artistic expressions is for FLIPAS a way to articulate new dialogues towards social cohesion and intergenerational coexistence. For this reason FLIPAS is a decentralised laboratory, which takes place in many places in Madrid, with special attention to the peripheries.
