Chrysalis Pavilion

As part of the Mugak/ 2025 Biennial, the Chrysalis pavilion will be assembled and exhibited in the chapel of the San Telmo Museum on November 12 and 13.
The installation is the result of a parametric architecture workshop assisted by virtual reality, organized at the Higher Technical School of Architecture of the University of the Basque Country (EHU). The project combines digital design, immersive technologies, and collaborative construction, showcasing new possibilities in contemporary architecture.
Developed under the direction of Francisco González Quintial (PhD Architect), with the collaboration of José Real Cambás (Architect) and Álvaro López Rodríguez (PhD Architect), the pavilion reflects the innovative spirit of Mugak/ by transforming the museum’s chapel into a space for experimentation and dialogue.
