Kintsugi Workshop

SOLD OUT

Kintsugi is a Japanese art form that consists of repairing fractured ceramic objects by applying lacquer mixed with gold, silver, or platinum powder. Rather than attempting to hide or conceal the cracks or repairs, this technique dignifies them and makes the fractures visible as part of the object’s history, incorporating them to enhance its beauty.
The workshop, linked to the Hausturak project, is an invitation to approach conscious repair as an act of resistance in a shattered world.
Led by Edorta Subijana, the workshop is open to participants of all ages.
