Degree in Architecture (Barcelona School of Architecture ETSAB - Polytechnic University of Catalonia UPC) 1979, PhD in Architecture (University of the Basque Country EHU-UPV) 2013. Since 1982, he teaches Projects at the Higher Technical School of Architecture of San Sebastian DAGET-ETSASS (University of the Basque Country EHU-UPV). Grant for Building Restoration and Urban Design from the International Laboratory of Architecture and Urban Design ILAUD (Urbino, Italy). He worked for Studio PER (Clotet-Tusquets, Bonet-Cirici) until 1979, when he opened his own study. He collaborated in different projects with Luis Peña Ganchegui. From 1998-2004 , he was part of Equipo Técnico SL (with C. Carnicer, F.J. Monclús, J.L. Oyón, F. Pellicer and A. Pérez). In 2006, he founded XLark SLP (with S. Lorenzo and M. Varela). His projects have been awarded several national and international prizes.
