In 1976 he began his artistic work as a self-taught artist, winning his first trip to Paris in a youth competition. In 1990 Eduardo Chillida awarded him the "Zabalaga Scholarship".
His work has been exhibited in various national and German galleries and art fairs such as Arco, Estampa de Arte Gráfica, Frankfurt Book Fair and the Cologne Graphic Art Fair in Germany. We can highlight his solo exhibition at the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao in 2007.
His works can be found in different museums: Insel Hombroich Museum in Germany, the German and Spanish Würth Museums, the Perfecture of Hyogo in Japan or the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao.
