Draw: guided tour with Carme Pinós

  • The Catalan architect returns to Euskadi to close Mugak/ and we are raffling nine double tickets to visit the exhibition 'Estudio Carme Pinós - Context and Concepts' with her. 
  • The draw will take place through Mugak/'s social networks and you can participate until the 25th. The winners will be able to enjoy the event on the 29th, in the afternoon, at the Instituto de Arquitectura de Euskadi.

The protagonist of this third edition of Mugak/ returns to the Basque Country on 29 November to bid farewell to the Biennial. As part of the closing of this 2021, we are raffling nine double tickets for a guided tour of the central exhibition, 'Estudio Carme Pinós - Context and Concepts', led by the Catalan architect herself.

The draw will take place on Mugak/'s three social media profiles: Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. A publication will explain how to participate in order to be one of the winners of the nine double tickets up for grabs, three for each social network. The deadline to participate is 25 November. On the 26th, at 12:00h, the winners will be announced on the same social network and will be contacted to send them the pass for the guided tour, which will take place on 29 November in the afternoon at the Euskadi Architecture Institute.

Legal basis

Aim

This prize draw is being held within the framework of the Mugak/ International Architecture Biennial of the Basque Country (hereinafter, Mugak/ Biennial), organised by the Department of Territorial Planning, Housing and Transport of the Basque Government. The aim of the event is to invite 18 people to attend a free guided tour of the central exhibition of this edition, 'Estudio Carme Pinós - Context and Concepts', led by the Catalan architect Carme Pinós, as a closing activity of the Biennial. The exhibition is installed at the Instituto de Arquitectura de Euskadi (Andereño E. Zipitria 1 street Donostia/San Sebastián).

Length

The deadline to participate in the draw will begin with the publication of the mechanics of participation in the social networks (Twitter, Instagram and Facebook) of the Biennial Mugak/ on Friday 19 November and will extend the deadline until the following Thursday, 25 November, at 23:59h. The winners will be announced on Friday 26th at 12 noon. The guided tour will take place on Monday 29 November, at the Instituto de Arquitectura de Euskadi, in the afternoon.

Participation Mechanics

There will be 3 winners of a double ticket for each social network where the Mugak/ Biennial has a presence. Due to the regulations of each of them, a different form of participation is established for each social network, as announced in the post of the draw:

  • Facebook: participation will be by clicking the 'Like' button on the publication where the draw is announced, and by commenting on it. Likewise, you will be invited to follow the Biennial Mugak/ page, although this is not a requirement for participation.
  • Instagram: the way to participate in this social network will be by commenting on the publication where the draw is announced. Likewise, participants will be invited to follow the Biennial Mugak/ profile, although this is not a requirement for participation.
  • Twitter: on this social network the requirements will be to follow the Mugak/ profile and 'Retweet' the post where the draw is announced.

Only persons over the age of 18 with an Instagram/Facebook/Twitter account can participate in this sweepstakes. By participating, the participant also agrees to know and comply with the terms and conditions of the respective social network. The winners will be chosen via the AppSorteos website and will be contacted by private message to obtain their personal details (name, surname, ID number, telephone number and email address) in order to send them the invitation. By submitting their personal details, the winner expressly accepts the conditions of the promotions described in these terms and conditions of participation. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted by the deadline of Saturday 27th at 12:00h, the next participant in the ranking of winners will be contacted. 

Prize description and selection of the winner

There will be a total of 9 winners of double tickets, 3 per social network, who will be chosen at random from among those who meet the aforementioned requirements. All of them will be announced on the same social network where they are the winners. The prize consists of a place on a guided tour by architect Carme Pinós of the exhibition 'Estudio Carme Pinós - Contexto y conceptos', at the Instituto de Arquitectura de Euskadi, on Monday 29 November at 18h.

Data processing

The purpose of the processing will be to deliver the prize to the User and to contact him/her for all information relating to the use of his/her prize. The data will be kept until this purpose has been achieved, i.e. the start of the guided tour on 29 November.

Acceptance of the rules

The simple fact of participating in the prize draw implies that the participant fully accepts the conditions of these legal bases. Likewise, participation in a prize draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the social network where the draw takes place.



The Programme is being prepared
