Entretejidas en la Frontera

Fotografía Mercado Mirador en Naco, Sonora, 2023. Arquitecta Fernanda Canales

The exhibition Interwoven at the Border, organized by the School of Architecture, Art and Design (EAAD) at Tecnológico de Monterrey, is a spin-off of the upcoming show Interwoven. Mexican Women Architects: Pasts, Presents and Futures, scheduled for 2026.
The border is approached not as a limit, but as a pretext to make visible the networks and projects interwoven throughout the territory, highlighting how Mexican architects, artists, designers, and citizens have traced collective, sensitive, and transformative actions on both sides of the line that separates (and connects) Mexico and the United States.

Zaida Muxí Martínez, PhD Architect. Faculty of Excellence, Tecnológico de Monterrey
