Fictionalised reality as a creative process. José María Torres Nadal

The conference aims to show two examples of how fiction can become a powerful weapon to project the new reality. From these two examples shown, the workshop will speculate during its duration on a fictional event, related to gender, climate change, racism, reflection on the natural-artificial, on the power of images, reflecting on how new species and new beings determine the new design.

The starting point will be one of the exercises carried out by the students and chosen in the three-person working groups.

It is necessary to have all kinds of creative tools to carry out the work: plasticine, magazines to cut out, images of other species, plasticine, etc.

Part of the conference Architectures of Care: A Design Approach to Care II. Organised by IDarte.
